Accepting these terms
These terms apply when you use our website or hire Bedrock Wichita Falls Concrete & Masonry. By browsing the site, asking for an estimate or booking work with us, you agree to them, so if you don't agree, please don't use the site or book with us.
If you and Bedrock Wichita Falls Concrete & Masonry sign a written agreement for a job and it says something different from these terms, the written agreement controls for that job.
The services we offer
We're a masonry contractor in Wichita Falls, TX, doing brick, block, stone and concrete work for homes in Wichita Falls and the cities around it. You can read more about our crew and how we work on our about page.
The service descriptions on our home page and service pages are general information, not a promise of a particular result, because every wall, chimney and slab is different. The work we agree to do for you is the work written in your estimate or agreement.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are free, done at your property, and you're under no pressure to book. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure that day, and each one shows how long its price holds, because material prices for brick, stone, block and cement change.
Some problems only show up once a job is open, like crumbling brick behind a face, a failed footing or water damage inside a wall. If we find something like that, we'll stop, show you what we found and explain what it changes, and we won't do extra work or add charges until you approve them.
Scheduling and cancellation
We give you a start date when you book, but masonry depends on the weather, because mortar and concrete need the right conditions to set and cure properly. If rain, a freeze or extreme heat makes it a bad day to work, we'll move your date and let you know as soon as we can.
Please clear the work area of vehicles, furniture and pets and give us access to water and power if the job needs them, because a blocked site can delay the work. If you need to cancel or reschedule, call (940) 298-1133 or reach us through our contact page as early as you can.
If you cancel after we've ordered materials for your job, especially special-order brick or stone, you may be responsible for the cost of those materials and any restocking fees. Your estimate or agreement will say how this applies to your job.
Payment
Your estimate or agreement sets out what you pay, when you pay it and whether a deposit is due before we start. Payment is due on the dates it states.
If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's made, and the schedule moves back by the same amount of time. For unpaid balances, Bedrock Wichita Falls Concrete & Masonry may use any remedy that Texas law allows.
Our guarantee and what it doesn't cover
Our work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee, so if something isn't right, call us and we'll come look at it. Any written warranty for your job, and how long it lasts, is the one stated in your estimate or agreement.
Brick, block, stone and other materials carry their makers' warranties, and we'll pass those along to you where we can. Beyond your written warranty and those maker warranties, and to the extent the law allows, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Our guarantee doesn't cover problems we didn't cause. That includes soil movement and settling, foundation movement unrelated to our work, freeze and thaw damage, misuse, work done by others after we leave, the natural color and texture differences in brick and stone, and the small hairline cracks that are normal as concrete cures.
This website is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate, but we don't promise that every detail is complete or current.
Limits on our liability
We're fully licensed and insured. To the fullest extent the law allows, Bedrock Wichita Falls Concrete & Masonry is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost use of your property or lost income, arising from our work or your use of this website.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Resolving a disagreement
If you have a problem with our work, call us first, because most issues are settled quickly once we come out and look. We ask that you give us a fair chance to inspect the work and fix anything that's ours to fix before you take other action.
If we can't work it out together, either of us may bring a claim in the courts of Wichita County, Texas, including small claims court where the amount qualifies.
Governing law
These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies. A job under a signed agreement stays under the terms that were in effect when you signed it.
Questions about these terms
If anything here is unclear, call (940) 298-1133 or send us a note through our contact page, and we'll explain it before you book.
